Jay Russell’s decision to establish ACR stemmed from his extensive experience in both the entertainment and legal sectors. He pursued his education at the Savannah College of Art and Design, acquiring valuable skills that complemented his Associate’s degree in Criminal Justice and Corrections. Subsequently, Jay completed his academic journey at the South Carolina Criminal Justice Academy.

Following his graduation, Jay Russell dedicated four years to serving as a South Carolina state trooper, acquiring invaluable experience and honing his skills. In 1996, he ventured into entrepreneurship, founding R.A.I.D. Corps Inc, a company that provides K9 drug and weapons detection services. Throughout his career, Jay has also collaborated with various production companies such as NorthSouth Productions and Red Arrow Industries, where he utilized his expertise to scout and recruit talent.

After working as a civil litigation investigator from 2012 to 2019, Jay Russell recognized the opportunity to combine his dual passions to assist plaintiffs in personal injury cases. ACR represents the culmination of Jay’s extensive knowledge and experience, and he takes immense pride in the impactful work his team accomplishes on a daily basis.
